Refunds are provided in the following circumstances:
- If a service cannot be completed due to an issue on our end.
- If you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Cancellation of an appointment less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
- Dissatisfaction with a completed service unless it does not meet the agreed specifications.
- Any issues resulting from false or incomplete information provided by the customer.
- Deposit Refunds
Deposits paid for bookings are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance or the service cannot be fulfilled by us. - Refund Process
