  • If you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Cancellation of an appointment less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Dissatisfaction with a completed service unless it does not meet the agreed specifications.

    Deposits paid for bookings are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance or the service cannot be fulfilled by us.
